Nature of the Site

Prince George County Released Inmates is a private reference with no power to act for a public office. It does not store official jail, release, corrections, or court records. We cannot confirm a person's custody status, release or transfer anyone, post bond, file a request or court paper, or alter a government record.

The content points visitors toward Riverside Regional Jail, Prince George courts, VADOC, Virginia VINE, BOP, ICE, and other relevant sources. Some pages also connect visitors with independent research tools. Each government office or third party controls its own records, services, terms, and decisions.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without interfering with another person or the service. In particular, you may not:

• Violate any local, Virginia, federal, or other applicable law.
• Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm someone.
• Use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision.
• Attempt to enter accounts, systems, code, or data without authorization.
• Operate bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools against the site.
• Disrupt, overload, disable, or impair access for other users.

No Consumer Reports

Prince George County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not furnish background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertisers and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use any information obtained here for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
• Tenant selection, housing access, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
• Licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Links Beyond Our Control

Links may lead to Riverside Regional Jail, Prince George court records, VADOC, federal locators, legal resources, and independent search services. A link is provided for navigation and does not amount to sponsorship or endorsement. We do not control a destination's content, data practices, fees, terms, security, or availability. Review the destination's current policies before using it or submitting information. Official Virginia record requests are governed by the public custodian's rules, including Virginia Code § 2.2-3704 where applicable.

Service Provided As Is

Custody status, court dockets, agency contacts, fees, and public records can change without notice. Nothing posted here is an official statement by RRJ, a sheriff, VADOC, BOP, a court, or another government body.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Prince George County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and partners will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from access to, inability to access, or use of the site, its content, an outbound link, or a third-party service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prince George County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a source or license states otherwise, the site's original text, graphics, logos, arrangement, and code belong to Prince George County Released Inmates or its content partners. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from those materials without prior written permission. Government records and linked agency materials remain subject to their own ownership and use rules.

Revisions to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page. Continued use after posting means that you accept the new terms.

Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. That authority does not create a duty to monitor every use or violation.

Virginia Governing Law

Virginia law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Virginia.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable while preserving its purpose.

Questions about these terms may be sent through Contact Us. That route does not reach RRJ, VADOC, a court, or another government office and cannot be used to request an official record.
