Names, locations, or other terms entered into a sponsored search box pass to the independent provider that operates the tool. We do not keep or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider's terms and privacy notice control its processing.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we may retain its contents and your reply details long enough to review and answer the request. We do not share a message beyond our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Requests for official Virginia public records follow the government custodian's rules, including the procedures in Virginia Code ยง 2.2-3704; those agency procedures are separate from this private site's privacy practices.

These choices concern data controlled by this site. Requests about an RRJ, court, VADOC, BOP, VINE, advertising, or search-provider record must go to that separate custodian or company.
